CO2.ie can arrange a full Home Energy Rating for you anywhere in Ireland where your home gets an audit on its energy efficiencies and Carbon output.  Since January 2008, all new homes must have a energy rating certificate, and from January 2009 all existing dwellings offered for sale or rent are also be obliged to have an energy rating certificate.

Our energy assessments are completed by approved SEI BER assessors anywhere in Ireland.  Depending on property size, there is a deposit of €25 on a typical assessment fee of €430.  Click here to register.
